Randy and his team(Michael, Raymond and Raymond Jr) are awesome! We had a leak in the drain pipe behind the bathroom wall and it leaked out into our living room, hardwood flooring etc.

Randy came the very day I called him. He told me what the process would look like, how long it would take and referred me to a great plumber and contractor. They removed all the damaged and moldy walls and flooring in just a couple days, and Randy answered all of my many calls and questions.

This is my first time calling SERVPRO OF TRACY for our heavily soiled with urine odour carpet to be cleaned. Because I am a pet lover and my pets can be messy at times

SERVPRO Carpet Cleaning professionals came and thoroughly vacuumed first. Then they pre-sprayed area and treated with urine odour remover.

Carpet became so clean and smell is ever so fresh. I am totally amazed with their products and especially the urine odour remover spray, is out of this world.
