1. Whenever a Commercial Business experiences some kind of water damage that requires demolition, additions or remodeling you may come across construction dust throughout the areas worked in. 
2. Contractors will cut flooring, trim-work and may have to sand drywall in the area they are working.  As a result, there is a fine dust/powder that can be on all horizontal surfaces. 
3. When the construction work is completed and all repairs or remodeling are done, the commercial business or homeowner will contact us to schedule a crew to come out and clean the space before returning it to their tenant or customer.
