As a water restoration company, SERVPRO of Tracy, what we did and we continue to do so.

We did a walkthrough and found the point of origin. We used a moisture detector to detect all the moisture in the building and found where the building did not have water damage. Knowing that this was CAT 3 water we knew that we were going to have to remove porous contents and see what was restorable and what was not restorable.

There were plenty of porous materials that were restorable. Most notably were the books. There were hundreds if not thousands of books that received water damage from the flood.

Luckily, we have the perfect tool for that. We use a freeze dryer that uses sublimation to dry paper. Carpet had to be torn out. Dry wall was soaked. We removed these porous materials and restored all the restorable materials.     

SERVPRO of Tracy, will restore the job and make it look like a flood didn’t even happen.
