Water Damage in a Lathrop Multi Purpose Building

The urinal in this Lathrop commercial building developed a broken pipe. The water flowed freely on the weekend during Christmas Season. The data center, with all its electronics, computers, conference and exercise rooms, and even the warehouse suffered from the standing water. Our water damage restoration crew, IICRC certified, deployed the injectidry system to remove the water inside these tiled wall cavities. The tubes suctioned out the lingering water, and then the dehumidifiers completed the drying process. The After Photo depicts the once-again dry and functioning restroom. Following the green arrow in the Before Photo pinpoints the source of the leak which caused all the havoc.
