We received this call from SERVPRO call center about a water loss in Stockton, CA. Our SERVPRO of Tracy technicians responded within minutes, within one hour we were on jobsite.

Our crew was given a verbal briefing of what has happened by landlord.  Previous renters purposely clogged up all drain pipes in this home, which caused severe water damage throughout entire home. After performing our emergency services, which included water extraction and disinfecting the entire home. We then contacted Field Adjuster, given him verbal briefing of mischievous vandelisum. And also notified adjuster to test for asbestos and lead.

The after picture shows we removed moldy carpet and pad and did all the appropriate services. Landlord is extremely satisfied with SERVPRO of Tracy. And there's no more signs of mold on site.
