SERVPRO of Tracy responded to local business in Tracy, CA, had multiple units sink leak from adjusting walls next door to each other. The sink leak was happening for a long time. Due to not businesses knowing the mold appeared. Our highly trained technicians first sprayed Sporicidin Mold Removal, Disinfectant and Remediation products to remove mold.

Both sides of dry walls needed to cut to solve this problem to clean and remediate mold.

The after picture was taken only three days after the incident. Both sides of businesses were very happy and were expecting a much longer process and were amazed with the results. They both thanked us and said we will call again if needed in future.
